What happens after you register
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
Your Google Meet link will be emailed 1 day before the workshop (to the email address you use at checkout). We’ll also send a short reminder shortly before we start.
Important: Please check your spam/promotions folder, and add contact@cityzen.world to your contacts so you don’t miss the link.
What you’ll need
Laptop recommended for the best experience (Canva works on mobile too, but it’s slower)
Stable internet connection
Pen & paper (for the letting-go & reflection part)
Your Participation Fee Becomes a Voucher code
After the workshop, attendees receive a €20 voucher code via email (sent within 24hr the workshop end) and valid until March 31, 2026.
No minimum spend
Not combinable with other discount codes unless we run a site-wide promotion (then it can be used together)
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel 24+ hours before: full refund
Cancel less than 24 hours before / no-show: no refund
You may transfer your spot to someone else (email contact@cityzen.world at least 12 hours before start).
Voucher note: Voucher codes are sent after the workshop to attendees. If you cancel and receive a refund, no voucher code is issued.
Registration closes when full or 12h before the event.
